For round 3 of the 2024 Supercars Championship season, Penrite Racing unveiled a new native livery for their Ford Mustang GT's raced at the ITM Taupō Super400 in New Zealand, the home country of both drivers Richie Stanaway and Matthew Payne.

The transformation of the livery not only brought a fresh and dynamic look for the team but also served as a tribute to the loyal Penrite Racing fanbase in New Zealand.

The Mustang's looked incredible and featured a striking silver base with iconic New Zealand branding elements in the background which formed a pattern made up of the silver fern, an outline of NZ and a Kiwi bird.

It was a livery which rose to the occasion of the inaugural race at Taupo for Supercars, made even more significant for a team with two New Zealanders as their lead drivers.

We're excited to be replicating this livery for Richie Stanaway's number 26 Mustang for collectors.

This 1:18 scale model has been produced in high quality die-cast with opening parts which includes the bonnet and both the driver and passenger doors.

A highly detailed racing cockpit can be seen through the molded clear glasshouse, or by opening the doors to examine the interior further. Under the bonnet includes a detailed 5.4-litre Coyote quad overhead cam V8 and engine bay surround. Underneath the model, the undercarriage details the unique Gen3 floorpan.

Comprised of roughly 204 individual metal and plastic parts, with anywhere between 100-200 steps in paint and decoration finishing, including tampo printing where possible, photo etched parts including the bonnet pints, brake rotors and more, this is a high quality, detailed collectors model.

It comes in an exclusive, one-off limited edition with an individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity presented in its own, Authentic Collectables branded protective cardboard folder.
